On Friday, May 29th, 2009, many of the most popular 1997 AIA Contract Documents will cease to be published and sold. Please refer to the list below for the retiring documents and their replacements.

Anyone may purchase and use the AIA Contract Documents. AIA Members receive a 25% discount and do not pay handling fees. Anyone ordering 25 or more of any one title will receive 10% off that title--members, this is in addition to your AIA discount.

We generally ship documents the day we receive your order, and we accept Mastercard, VISA and Discover. AIA members do not need to pre-pay--we will include an invoice with your order.
