JOB DESCRIPTION: Full-time construction administration and quality assurance management on projects with construction budgets between $4 million and $30 million. Conduct all aspects of CA, including site observation, producing field reports, processing of RFI’s, ASI’s and Submittals, as well as coordination with project architects, clients, owner’s representatives, project managers, contractors and consulting engineers. Assist in the implementation of quality assurance procedures; review drawings and specifications for completeness and coordination. Train staff in CA and QA approach and procedures.
